All of the products in the Evernote Market are either hand-selected during our travels or designed in close collaboration with technology partners who lead innovation in their respective realms. Each product is developed and refined until it is exactly what we want for use in our daily lives and are confident you will, too.

What is your return and exchange policy?

To return a product purchased from the Evernote Market you must first contact Evernote Customer Support in order to determine if your product is eligible for a return or exchange and, when applicable, to obtain a return shipping label. All returns must have an Evernote-provided shipping label.

If you contact Evernote Customer Service within 30 days of receiving the product and our Customer Service team determines that the delivered products were not what you ordered, were delivered to you damaged or otherwise not conforming to their applicable warranty, then you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of such product.

Evernote will permit you to return products for a refund if you contact us within 14 days of your receipt of the products. The products must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all tags or labels intact. We will issue you a refund of the purchase price, reduced by any applicable shipping and handling fees, following our processing of your return. Products that are marked “Final Sale” are specially priced and not eligible to be returned or exchanged.

We do not accept returns or provide any refunds for purchases of Evernote Premium, Evernote Business, e-Books, or any other product available to you for use or download immediately after purchase.

I entered the wrong address for my order. How can I update it?

Contact Customer Support right away to determine if the address can be changed. If the order has been shipped, you will have to contact the shipper directly to arrange a change of address.

Who should I contact about my order?

If there is a problem with your order, please contact Customer Support.

When will my order arrive? Can I track it?

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as the order has been shipped. Your order can be tracked via this number from the shipper’s site. For all other questions, please contact Customer Support and we’ll be happy to help.

I got an email saying my payment didn't authorize. What should I do?

It's possible we did not receive the correct credit card number or address. Try placing your order again and if the problem persists, please contact your credit card issuer for help.

How can I change my account info?

Please refer to the user settings page. If the account info needs to be changed in reference to a specific order, please contact Customer Support.

I'd like to be the first to know about new Evernote Market products. How can I sign up for your emails?

We'd love to keep you in-the-know about new Evernote Market products. You can sign up to receive emails about Market products by selecting the Market option in your personal settings on evernote.com.

What is Evernote and what can I do with my new account?

The Evernote service helps you remember everything. Get Evernote applications on all your computers, phones, and tablets and all of the information you collect and save to the Evernote service will sync across your devices so you can access it anywhere.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not all products are available in all geographic locations, but we can ship your purchases if it’s available in your country.

Please be aware that for shipments from the United States to an international location (international shipments), the customer is responsible for all taxes, customs or duties. In some cases, these additional charges may exceed the order value of the shipment. Also, please note that international shipments may have slow delivery times.

If I am an Evernote Market customer in Japan, who am I buying products from?

If you are in Japan and purchase goods in the Evernote Market, you will be purchasing from EC Robo, Inc.

Who is EC Robo?

EC Robo, Inc. is an independent company with which we are contracting to sell the products in Japan, and to ensure local delivery and support for our customers in Japan. The individuals behind EC Robo have many years’ experience delivering products throughout the country.

What information about me will EC Robo have?

EC Robo will receive information you provide to register for the Evernote service and to purchase products in the Evernote Market, for the limited purposes of completing the sale and delivery of the products you purchase, as described in our Privacy Policy and in the EC Robo Privacy Policy. Under the Japan Personal Information Protection Act, EC Robo and Evernote GmbH may be considered “joint users” of your personal information. Evernote has provided specific limitations on EC Robo so that it may not use your personal information for any other purpose.
