What is your return and exchange policy?
We believe in the exceptional quality of every product we offer in the Evernote Market and are confident you will share our enthusiasm for any product you purchase. Please note, however, that at our initial launch of the Evernote Market, we are unable to accept returns or allow for any exchange of products, except in the limited circumstances described in our Return Policy. Except as permitted by our Return Policy, all purchases are FINAL SALE. My product was a gift, and I want to return it. What can I do?
The Market does not accept returns or exchanges. If you have received the product in error or would like to speak with someone, please contact Customer Support.
Does final sale mean I can't return my item? What if I’m not happy with the product?
If you are not happy with your product, please feel free to contact Customer Support with any questions or concerns you may have. Please know, however, that except in the limited circumstances described in our Return Policy, we will not accept returns or exchanges so please be sure to remember that each purchase is a FINAL SALE.
I entered the wrong address for my order. How can I update it?
Contact Customer Support right away to determine if the address can be changed. If the order has been shipped, you will have to contact the shipper directly to arrange a change of address.
Who should I contact about my order?
If there is a problem with your order, please contact Customer Support.
When will my order arrive? Can I track it?
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as the order has been shipped. Your order can be tracked via this number from the shipper’s site. For all other questions, please contact Customer Support and we’ll be happy to help.
I got an email saying my payment didn't authorize. What should I do?
If we were unable to process your payment, it's possible we did not receive the correct credit card number or address. Try placing your order again and if the problem persists, please contact your credit card issuer for help.

Do you offer international shipping?
Not all products are available in all geographic locations, but we can ship your purchases if it’s available in your country.
Please be aware that for shipments from the United States to an international location (international shipments), the customer is responsible for all taxes, customs or duties when the shipment is received. In some cases, these additional charges may exceed the order value of the shipment.
Please note that international shipments may also have slow delivery times. Evernote is not responsible for lost or undelivered international shipments. All international shipments are made via USPS and can be tracked according to the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation.
