How long is the free trial for paid plans?

Unless otherwise specified, free trials of Evernote last for 7 days. If you cancel before the trial ends, your credit card will not be charged.

How do I switch plans?

To upgrade your plan from Free to Personal or Professional:

  1. Go to your account settings in Evernote Web, then click ‘Manage Subscription’ on the ‘Account Summary’ page.
  2. Select the plan you wish to upgrade to (Personal or Professional).
  3. Enter your credit card or PayPal information and choose a billing frequency (monthly or yearly).

To upgrade your plan from Personal to Professional:

  1. Go to your account settings in Evernote Web, then click ‘Evernote Personal’ at the top of the ‘Account Summary’ page.
  2. Select the Professional plan.
  3. Enter your credit card or PayPal information and choose a billing frequency (monthly or yearly).
